Tiny Pieces Of Norfolk
Emma from Tiny Pieces Of Norfolk creates handmade sustainable jewellery made in Norfolk using seaglass gathered from local beaches. Pieces of pastel-coloured naturally weathered glass are delicately wrapped in wire and may be embellished with pearls or silver charms. Finished products include necklaces, earrings and rings. She also creates small canvases as well as other decorative items.

Interview With A Maker
Name/Business
My name is Emma and I am the owner of Tiny Pieces of Norfolk
Describe your art/craft?
We hand-make sustainable jewellery using sea glass from local beaches, we have also recently dipped our toes in making in canvases too :)
How long have you been creating? How did you learn your craft or were you self-taught?
Tiny Pieces of Norfolk was born in November 2022, so we haven't been running long. I taught myself how to make the jewellery as something fun and relaxing to do on my days off which doesn't take up too much energy!
What are your favourite art/craft 'tools of the trade'?
My pliers!
Where is your creative space?
Mostly in our spare room, as I have everything organised how I want it to be in there - I'm a bit of a perfectionist!
What's your best selling product?
My best selling product is our small wrapped pendant necklaces! We have some tiny wrapped pendant necklaces coming soon which I have a feeling are going to go down a treat because they are as if the small wrapped pendant necklaces had a baby!
Favourite thing you've ever created? Do you still have it, or did you sell/gift it?
My favourite thing I ever crafted was a sea glass art canvas which had three cocktails on it - made using sea glass - and the recipes underneath!
What new craft would you love to try?
I would love to try flower arranging!
Where can customers buy your products?
Customers can buy our products on our etsy shop www.etsy.com/uk/shop/tinypiecesofnorfolk or at one of our craft fairs, which are always listed in a highlight on our Instagram page (@tinypiecesofnorfolk).
Give a shout-out to a fellow artist or crafter you admire!
I really love @posy_flwrs instagram page!
