The Venue and Available Facilities
The market is held on selected Saturdays during the year and is open to the public between 10am - 4pm.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and all on one level with no steps. If visiting the venue on a large mobility scooter, space may be limited if busy and we kindly ask that care is taken when maneuvering, however if any accidental breakages of a stallholders products should occur we kindly ask that these are paid for.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a lead and must be kept under control. If a small toilet accident should happen we kindly ask that you clean up (cleaning materials can be provided). We appreciate some dogs are curious and some have waggy tails, however if any accidental breakages of a stallholders products should occur we kindly ask that these are paid for.

The venue does not have its own car park, but parking is free on the High Street. There are short stay bays available for 30mins or up to 3 hours for Blue Badge holders displaying their clock.
A free car park is located at the junction of Godyl Road and Gardner's Road next to Nursemaid's Park Green. There is also plenty of free parking on Southwold Common (turn into York Road by the bus stop and carry straight on into Carnsey Road). Click here for map. |
